A Christmas sambo has to be one of the best things about Christmas. Waking up on Stephens Day, heading straight for the fridge and creating your very own. We created two of our favourites this Christmas, we hope you enjoy.
Our first is Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry, Mayo and a Baby Spinach on traditional Cobb bread. Don't forget the most important thing, your side of crunch. We reckon Cheese & Onion goes best with this.
Our second fave is Honey Roasted Ham, Brie and Plum & Apple Relish, pan fried in some butter until golden brown.
